Does the Microsoft Courier play MP3 files?

With no signs of a built-in external speaker or audio out port on renderings of Courier, sound capabilities of the device are currently unknown.

With such a powerful portable computing platform running Windows 7, we expect Microsoft to include some version of the Windows Media Player or similar software to make MP3 playback possible.

Current information is lacking in this department and future prototypes should answer the question. We will keep you up to date.
