Gizmodo Posts Eye-popping Gallery of Courier Images
Renderings of Microsoft's Courier have leaked to Gizmodo. The images show the dual-screen device powered up, looking finished and portable. Pioneer Studios, a division of Microsoft Entertainment and Devices, has developed a series of internal Courier concept presentations. Here are renderings of the device and stylus.

Microsoft Courier will have two seven-inch screens and close like a book. Users interact with the tablet using a stylus or by touching the screens.

In the center is a home button and a "library" button that will perform various functions depending on the current application and orientation of Courier.

Courier's dual screens have a glass surface. The stylus itself has an "eraser" button and side buttons to perform various drawing, painting and undo functions.

The device makes it possible to sketch and write directly into a collection of journals stored in your library on Courier.

Content can also be copied from the web and inserted into journal pages.

Status lights on a closed cover device.

Built-in camera on the back cover makes it possible to take original photographs and record them directly to your journals.

With a form factor similar to a day planner the Courier will be ultimately portable.
